Allison Mechanical, Inc. can provide "big picture" expertise in tenant improvement and building/space retrofits. We lend our knowledge of system types, zoning control, and heat loads to better design retrofit projects where HVACR is often overlooked. The tenant improvement projects done by general contractors often do not include changes to the existing HVAC system or control and by incorporating our expertise, these projects can be addressed and corrective measures can be implemented before the tenants move in creating a positive environment to build long term relationships between management and tenant.
